I recently saw a comment on Amazon in Australia that Longitudes Edge repeated the copy from Latitudes Edge. There was a temporary technical issue that has been corrected. I hope the reader who was understandably frustrated by that has now rechecked the version on Amazon which has been corrected. If that person sees this post my apologies.

Feb 4, 2006: I enjoyed reading the first 4 books in this series, but was thoroughly disappointed to find that book 5 is not available on Kindle Unlimited. Book 6 is, however. I do not understand this strategy or rationale, other than an author’s decision to further monetize his work at my expense.
Unfortunately I have seen this before, but that doesn’t make it right, or me less angry at the greed involved. I’d say I feel cheated, but you are free to monetize your works in whatever way you choose.
I confess to being only an avid kindle unlimited reader, and do not purchase books on top of what I already pay per month. That’s my choice, just as you choose how to present your work. Having a book only available for additional purchase in the middle of a series like this feels to me a betrayal.
If you want me to read your stuff after you put it on Kindle Unlimited, don’t pull the rug from under me by then changing the terms of engagement.
Not gonna lie-as curious as I am about Nicholas and Caroline’s upcoming reunion, I’m really struggling to support this concept and/or strategy. I don’t even know how much you’re charging-it’s the principle for me, not the extra money. I’ve downloaded book 6, but I think I may just delete and move on to my next Kindle Unlimited series without gaps, and live with my hard feelings.
Again, I enjoyed your writing; but authors need readers, and readers need trust in authors’ judgment as well.
Steve I believe the book was temporarily off of Kindle Unlimited (which expires from time to time) and has restarted. Please check again. There was no intention to remove it.
